Fix when updating the customer number on an order

Customer orderCorrection

An unexpected error message could appear when modifying the customer number using the customer number update utility on an order. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can update the customer account number on an order without interruption or error messages, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted order processing.

Fix for BOB_PEPPOL accounting export of zero-value invoices and credit notes

InvoicingCorrection

When exporting invoices and credit notes to accounting, zero-value invoices and credit notes are now correctly handled by the BOB_PEPPOL interface.

Impact: The accounting export now generates reliable and complete files.

Improved EDI file loading

EDICorrection

Some EDI files generated by non-Windows operating systems did not include a <LF> character in addition to the <CR> character at the end of each line. We have improved the import process to automatically add the <LF> character when it is missing.

Impact: Incoming EDI files are now processed reliably, eliminating the need for manual re-entry and ensuring continuity of the order flow.

Defect processing: application freeze resolved

ProductionCorrection

An application freeze could occur during defect processing, preventing operators from performing any action. This issue has now been fixed.

Impact: Operators can carry out defect processing without interruption, ensuring continuity of production tracking.

Fix for a crash when printing a purchase order

Supplier orderCorrection

An issue causing the application to close unexpectedly when printing a purchase order has been identified and resolved. Users can now print their purchase orders without any interruption.

Impact: Printing purchase orders is now stable and reliable, with no risk of losing work in progress.

Fix for shaping operation scheduling in subcontracting scenarios

PlanningCorrection

Subcontracting applied to glass components within a laminated unit was sometimes misinterpreted, causing the operations to be scheduled as internal operations. This behavior has been corrected.

Impact: Scheduling now accurately reflects the actual distribution of operations between internal and subcontracted work.

"Silicone" and "Altitude" surcharges correctly transmitted in EDI purchase orders

EDICorrection

When generating intersite purchase orders via EDI, the item codes associated with the "silicone sealing" and "Altitude" surcharges could be missing from the transmitted file. This issue has now been resolved and the surcharges are properly included in EDI exchanges.

Impact: EDI purchase orders now include all surcharges without omission, preventing invoicing discrepancies and eliminating the need for manual follow-ups with suppliers.

Menu search: hidden entries no longer appear in results

InterfaceCorrection

Some menu options intentionally hidden from the navigation could still appear in quick search results, causing confusion for users. This behavior has now been fixed: only accessible and active menu entries are displayed in search results.

Impact: Users no longer see unavailable options in the menu search, eliminating any confusion and ensuring navigation remains consistent with configured permissions and settings.

Fix for an error when accessing the production monitoring screen

Production trackingCorrection

An error occurring when opening or using the production monitoring screen has been fixed. Operators and supervisors can now access this screen without interruption.

Impact: Real-time production tracking has been restored, preventing any loss of visibility into the progress of manufacturing orders.

Supplier Purchase Order: simplified linear meter dimension display (Client Customization)

Supplier orderAmélioration

Dimensions expressed in linear meters on supplier purchase orders are now displayed without decimal places, resulting in a cleaner document that meets operational expectations.

Impact: Supplier purchase orders are clearer and easier to read, reducing the risk of misreading or misinterpreting quantities during exchanges with suppliers.

Spacer marking: improved readability and CEKAL compliance

ProductionCorrection

The marking applied to spacers has been updated to avoid any visual confusion with the regulatory CE marking. Spaces may be added after the CEKAL centre number to improve the readability of the printed marking.

Impact: The CEKAL marking is now clearer and can no longer be mistaken for the CE marking, reducing the risk of misinterpretation during quality inspections or upon delivery to your customers.

Fix for production date update on a production order in the production schedule

PlanningCorrection

Updating the production date of a production order from the production schedule was not being fully applied. This issue has now been resolved and the displayed data accurately reflects the actual situation.

Impact: Production managers and order managers can now rely on accurate information when viewing the schedule, preventing any decisions being made based on incorrect data.

Fix for Glaston insulating glass line barcode on delivery labels

DeliveryCorrection

The barcode for the Glaston insulating glass line printed on delivery labels has been corrected to include all data required for successful scanning. Generated labels are now compliant and fully readable by scanning systems.

Impact: Operators can once again scan delivery labels without errors, preventing shipping bottlenecks and eliminating the need for manual data re-entry.

Delivery round displayed on the glazing acceptance screen

Production trackingAmélioration

The glazing acceptance screen on production lines now displays the delivery round associated with each order. This information is visible directly in the list, with no additional steps required.

Impact: Operators can instantly identify the delivery round for each accepted glazing unit, making it easier to prioritize work and reducing the risk of assignment errors.

Fix in production order

Production trackingCorrection

A data issue was preventing items from being sorted correctly in production. This problem has now been resolved.

Impact: Operators can once again track and manage their production orders.

Fixed display of standard dimensions in inventory overview

InventoryCorrection

The general inventory overview screen now correctly displays the standard dimensions of items. Users can view this information reliably without encountering any display inconsistencies.

Impact: Operators benefit from an accurate read of standard dimensions directly from the inventory screen, eliminating any confusion during order preparation or verification.
