Improved resilience against brief network interruptions

InterfaceAmélioration

Symbiose Core now handles brief network interruptions more robustly by automatically restoring the database connection with no visible disruption for the user. Ongoing operations are no longer interrupted by a momentary loss of connectivity.

Impact: Users are no longer disconnected or forced to repeat their actions when the network is temporarily unstable, reducing lost time and the risk of data entry errors.

Improved reliability of defect statistics by type

StatisticsCorrection

An inconsistency in the calculation and display of defective part statistics has been identified and resolved. The data presented is now harmonized and consistent across all views.

Impact: Quality and production managers now have reliable defect figures at their disposal, ensuring better decision-making and preventing any risk of misanalysis.

Fix for incorrect display in the production progress view by customer

Production trackingCorrection

Data displayed in the production progress view by customer could appear incorrectly. This issue has now been resolved and the information displayed is fully reliable.

Impact: Production managers and sales teams now have an accurate and reliable overview of the current progress status of ongoing orders, by customer.

Fix for password saving in the user profile

SecurityCorrection

When editing a user's password, the temporary display of the password in plain text could prevent it from being saved securely. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Administrators can update user passwords with full confidence, with the assurance that the password is properly saved and protected, regardless of how the input is performed.

Improved responsiveness when editing quantities on orders

Supplier orderPerformance

Editing quantities on certain orders could cause significant slowdowns during the automatic generation of associated lines. This behavior has been fixed to ensure a smooth experience under all circumstances.

Impact: Users no longer experience abnormal wait times when entering or correcting quantities on an order, even in high-volume configurations.

Glazing composition library with technical characteristics (GlassAdvisor)

ItemsAmélioration

The technical characteristics of glazing compositions (such as the Ug coefficient) are now stored directly within Symbiose Core. The software prioritizes this internal library before querying the external service, and automatically enriches the database as new lookups are performed. A dedicated screen allows users to view, filter, and delete saved compositions.

Impact: Response times when entering orders or quotes are reduced, reliance on the external service is minimized, and glazing technical data remains consistent and up to date throughout the software.

Lock button access for the optimization server restored for all users

OptimizationCorrection

The lock button used to control access to the optimization server was missing in certain situations. This issue has now been fixed and the access control is displayed correctly under all circumstances.

Impact: Users now have reliable and full access to the optimization server controls, with no risk of being locked out or losing control over active sessions.

Supplier order receiving: display issue fixed

Supplier orderCorrection

When opening the receiving screen from a supplier order of the stock or subcontracting type, the interface was displaying in a legacy format, making navigation less smooth. This issue has now been resolved and the screen consistently opens in the correct format.

Impact: Users now access the receiving screen through a consistent, up-to-date interface, regardless of the type of supplier order being processed.

Order line details displayed in a popup window from deliveries

DeliveryAmélioration

When viewing an order from the delivery management screen, the line details are now displayed in an overlay window rather than in a new tab. This improvement allows users to stay within their current working context without losing the overall view.

Impact: Users can navigate more smoothly between deliveries and the details of associated orders, without any interruption to their workflow.

Improved printing of the spacer list by production order

ProductionCorrection

Enhancement to the customer-specific spacer list by production order: the cross spacer drawing now appears only on the relevant spacer entry.

Impact: Production operators benefit from clearer, cleaner spacer documents with no redundant information, reducing the risk of errors when placing cross spacers.

Spacer marking now correctly displayed

ProductionCorrection

Spacer marking, which was no longer appearing in certain situations, has been restored and now displays correctly. Marking information is once again complete and reliable with every use.

Impact: Operators once again have access to all spacer marking information, eliminating any risk of error or non-compliance on the production floor.

Production Schedule: Added control when removing a "Tempering" order from the sorting center

ProductionAmélioration

A operator action could result in glass panes being cut twice when removing a "Tempering" production order from the sorting center. A validation check and an informational message for the operator have been added.

Impact: Production managers now have accurate data on tempering operations, eliminating any risk of scheduling errors, cost overruns, or disputes caused by duplicate entries.

Shape edge dimensions on production lists

ProductionCorrection

The shape edge dimensions displayed on the insulating glass production list and on the edgework production list are now correct.

Impact: Operators have access to reliable and complete shape dimensions, reducing the risk of errors during manufacturing.

Fix in customer customization for accounting outstanding balance file import

InvoicingCorrection

An issue preventing the correct import of outstanding balance files intended for accounting has been resolved. The processing of these files is now reliable and runs without errors.

Impact: Accounting teams can once again import their outstanding balance files without interruption, ensuring continuity of financial tracking.

Fix for a malfunction in "Subcontracting" type purchase orders

EDICorrection

An issue affecting the designation of the ordered item in purchase orders has been identified and resolved. This concerns the designation of plain glass components within an insulating glazing unit that also includes a patterned glass.

Impact: Users can once again create, validate, and send their purchase orders without encountering any errors, ensuring uninterrupted supply chain continuity.
