Fix for edge deletion on the wrong side of insulating glass units

Production trackingCorrection

We have fixed an issue that could cause edge deletion to be applied to the wrong side of the glass for certain insulating glass units. In specific cases, particularly for units with a recessed spacer cut from a production order, the edge-deleted side could fail to match the one defined in the order line. The handling of these cases has been adjusted to better reflect the information entered during preparation and production.

Impact: We have fixed an issue that could cause edge deletion to be applied to the wrong side of the glass for certain insulating glass units.

Fixed entry for laminated panes with stopsol or antelio coating

Customer orderCorrection

Entering an order or quote involving a configurable laminated pane incorporating a stopsol or antelio coating could cause errors or system freezes. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can seamlessly enter orders and quotes containing this type of complex laminated pane, with no risk of errors during composition.

Fix for a crash occurring during automatic scheduling

PlanningCorrection

An issue causing the software to freeze when launching automatic scheduling has been resolved. This malfunction was triggered by duplicate tasks appearing in the Gantt chart.

Impact: Automatic production scheduling can now run without interruption, ensuring a reliable schedule free from display anomalies.

Order acknowledgement emails: sender address fix

Customer orderCorrection

The sender email address used when sending order acknowledgements by email is now correctly determined based on the user performing the sending, rather than the user who originally entered the order.

Impact: Customers receive order acknowledgements with the correct sender address, eliminating any confusion about who to contact and ensuring reliable communication.

Reduced memory usage and new management tool

PerformanceAmélioration

Symbiose Core now includes an application memory release mechanism, accessible from the Utilities menu. This release can be triggered manually or scheduled to run automatically at regular intervals.

Impact: Users benefit from a smoother application experience over time, with fewer slowdowns caused by excessive memory consumption, particularly on workstations that remain in continuous use.

Improved visualization of theoretical stillages in delivery management

Rack handlingAmélioration

We have improved the display of theoretical stillages in delivery management to make it easier to identify complete stillages, incomplete stillages, or stillages containing additional glazing units. Quantity information is now displayed to compare the glazing units planned versus those actually present on the stillage. A visual indicator also allows users to more quickly distinguish between complete stillages and those containing other glazing units, streamlining load preparation and the identification of deferred deliveries.

Impact: This improvement enables logistics teams to more quickly identify complete, incomplete, or deferred stillages, so they can prepare loads with greater visibility and fewer manual checks.

Work stoppage management refined based on actual production time

Production trackingAmélioration

The system now incorporates the theoretical manufacturing time of the glazing unit currently in progress when calculating authorized work stoppages. A justification request for a stoppage is only triggered if the actual idle time genuinely exceeds the permitted threshold, taking into account the production time of the glazing unit being processed.

Impact: Operators are no longer unnecessarily prompted to justify legitimate breaks, reducing superfluous interruptions and improving the overall flow of production monitoring.

Purchase order view mode reliability improvements

Supplier orderCorrection

When browsing a purchase order in read-only mode, editing actions (adding or removing documents, sending to the cutting optimization engine, updating coverage) are now correctly locked or hidden. Printing a purchase order in view mode no longer unintentionally changes the order status.

Impact: Users reviewing a purchase order with no intention of modifying it can no longer accidentally trigger status changes or unwanted data creation, ensuring the integrity of orders in progress.

Fix for incorrect CEKAL marking on hollow glass glazing units

PlanningCorrection

Certain hollow glass glazing units (structural glazing) were being incorrectly identified as CEKAL-compliant at the end of the planning and transfer process, despite not meeting the required criteria. This issue has been resolved so that the CEKAL marking accurately reflects the actual certification status of each item.

Impact: Production managers and order managers now have reliable information on the CEKAL certification status of glazing units, eliminating the risk of non-compliant shipments or quality disputes.

Fix for spacer bar list display in production order

ProductionCorrection

An issue affecting the display of the spacer bar list sorted by production order has been fixed. Operators can now view this list in the correct order without any display anomalies.

Impact: Production teams now have a reliable, correctly ordered spacer bar list, preventing sequencing errors during operations.

Fix for an error when submitting procurement requests

Supplier orderCorrection

An issue that could prevent certain procurement requests from being submitted has been resolved. Users can now complete these requests without any interruption or error message.

Impact: The procurement request process runs smoothly again, eliminating any loss of time or disruption in purchase tracking.

Production orders no longer stuck after sorting stage transfer

ProductionCorrection

A production order could become stuck following a transfer between two sorting stages, preventing any further progress on the related batch. This issue has now been fixed.

Impact: Operators can continue manufacturing without interruption or manual intervention after a sorting stage change.

Fix for status update in the receipts tab

Supplier orderCorrection

A malfunction prevented users from correctly updating the status of a purchase order from the confirmation and receipts management tab. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can once again update their purchase order statuses without any hindrance, ensuring reliable receipt tracking.

Improved load consistency in the production schedule

PlanningCorrection

The load information displayed when moving an operation in the schedule is now fully aligned with the data from the overall schedule. Machine availability accurately reflects real shop floor conditions.

Impact: Planners can make rescheduling decisions with complete confidence, without the risk of relying on inaccurate machine availability data.

Priority order now correctly enforced when assigning glass to machines

PlanningCorrection

Glass assignment to production machines now correctly follows the defined priority order. The most urgent pieces are properly processed first, in line with the established configuration.

Impact: Operators and production managers gain greater reliability in scheduling: priority orders are processed in the correct sequence, reducing the risk of delays on urgent deliveries.
