New information available on the latest slip and last operation

Production trackingAmélioration

The production slip list now displays two new columns showing the last validated slip and the last recorded operation. This information is directly accessible without any additional navigation.

Impact: Production operators and managers gain better visibility into the actual progress of manufacturing runs, making it easier to monitor activity and make informed decisions on a daily basis.

Fix for an error occurring during production order creation

ProductionCorrection

An error message could appear when creating production orders, blocking the launch of manufacturing orders. This issue has been resolved.

Impact: Production orders can now be created without interruption, ensuring continuity of manufacturing operations.

Gas-fill feasibility check for glazing units with a right angle

Customer orderCorrection

The system now correctly verifies that a gas-filled glazing unit (argon, etc.) includes a right angle and meets the minimum required dimensions at that angle. This check, which was previously inactive, is now fully enforced at the point of data entry.

Impact: Orders for gas-filled glazing units are automatically blocked if the geometric conditions are not met, preventing manufacturing errors and non-conformities on the production floor.

Optimization numbers displayed in the production schedule

PlanningCorrection

Optimization numbers are now correctly displayed within the content of production orders accessible from the production schedule. This information, which was previously missing, is now visible directly in the document.

Impact: Production operators and managers can identify and trace the optimizations associated with each order directly from the schedule, with no additional searching required.

EDI Import: linking a forecast number when processing files

EDIAmélioration

When processing an EDI file, it is now possible to directly enter an existing order forecast number for each order to be imported. A built-in check ensures that the same forecast number cannot be assigned to two different orders, preventing any duplicates.

Impact: Teams gain greater accuracy and reliability during EDI imports: incoming orders are immediately linked to the correct forecast, with no risk of errors or conflicts in the load plan.

Improved readability of production lead time types

PlanningAmélioration

Production lead time types now display their full label and description (e.g., ASAP, JIT) in addition to the code alone, enabling immediate identification. A filter also allows only active lead time types to be shown, streamlining day-to-day selection.

Impact: Planners gain greater clarity when configuring and scheduling orders, avoiding selection errors caused by unclear codes.

Declaration of Performance (DoP): extended standard field input

DocumentsAmélioration

The dedicated standard field in Declaration of Performance (DoP) management now accepts up to 20 characters, compared to 10 previously. An automatic validation prevents any input exceeding this limit, avoiding blocking errors at the time of saving.

Impact: Users can enter complete standard references without any risk of error, ensuring reliable and compliant declarations of performance.

Fixed display of energy surcharge on commercial documents

InvoicingCorrection

On order acknowledgements, quotes, and invoices, the energy surcharge is now displayed correctly as a percentage, including the calculation breakdown applied and the resulting amount in euros. The previous incorrect display in €/kg has been removed.

Impact: Customers receive transparent, compliant commercial documents that accurately reflect how the energy surcharge is calculated, eliminating any potential confusion or disputes over billing.

Cutting label: template number now displayed

ProductionAmélioration

Cutting labels now display the template number associated with each part. This information is directly available on the label, with no additional lookup required.

Impact: Shop floor operators can immediately identify the template to use during cutting, reducing the risk of errors and saving time in production.

VAT consistency check when copying a quote or order

Customer orderAmélioration

When copying a quote or an order, a warning message can now be displayed if the selected VAT does not match the one expected for the customer or the company. This check can be enabled based on your organization's needs.

Impact: Reduced risk of VAT errors on copied documents, ensuring compliant invoicing from the moment the quote or order is created.

Display fix for users working in Dutch

GeneralCorrection

An issue affecting users who had configured their interface in Dutch has been resolved. The application now behaves correctly regardless of the selected language.

Impact: Users working in Dutch benefit from a smooth and reliable experience, with no anomalies related to their language setting.

Fix for quantity calculation when selecting production rejects

Production trackingCorrection

An issue affecting how quantities were taken into account when selecting rejects on the production line has been resolved. Declared quantities now accurately reflect the rejects entered by operators.

Impact: Scrap data recorded in production is now reliable, preventing stock discrepancies and errors in yield tracking.

Defective item label: article number now included

Production trackingAmélioration

Labels generated for defective items now display the article number directly on the label. This information, previously missing, is now included in the printed data.

Impact: Operators can immediately identify the relevant item when processing defectives, reducing the risk of errors and streamlining production line tracking.

Internal production label: article number added

Production trackingAmélioration

The manufactured article number is now included in the internal production label data. This information is also available on inline tracking labels and defective item labels.

Impact: Operators benefit from more complete identification on each label, making it easier to track and manage items during production.

Improved response times when loading the washing machine

Production trackingPerformance

Significant slowdowns could occur when loading a batch into the washing machine, disrupting the flow of work on the shop floor. Optimizations have been made to substantially reduce these wait times.

Impact: Operators benefit from improved system responsiveness during washing machine loading operations, minimizing interruptions and lost time in production.

Multi-signing support in sorting optimizations

OptimizationAmélioration

Optimizations generated from production orders or the planning module now include the data required for multi-signing. This enhancement ensures full consistency between sorting parameters and the data passed to the optimizer.

Impact: Operators benefit from more accurate, ready-to-use sorting optimizations, with no need to re-enter or manually adjust signing parameters.

Fix for glass orientation in multi-criteria acceptance mode

ProductionCorrection

When creating production orders, glass orientation on the line could be reversed in certain cases involving multi-criteria acceptance mode. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Production orders now accurately reflect the defined orientation, preventing glass positioning errors during manufacturing and reducing the risk of non-conformities.
