Dark theme: improved icon visibility in the cutting module

GeneralCorrection

Icons displayed in the cutting module are now clearly visible when the dark theme is enabled. The display has been harmonized to ensure optimal readability regardless of the chosen theme preference.

Impact: Operators working in dark theme can now quickly identify icons without any risk of confusion, improving visual comfort and workflow efficiency in the cutting module.

Fix for an error occurring when creating production orders

ProductionCorrection

An unexpected error message could appear when creating production orders, preventing users from continuing their work. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Production orders can once again be created without interruption, ensuring the continuity of the production flow.

Fix for a startup freeze in V4 / Symbiose mixed mode

GeneralCorrection

When the combined use of Synerglass V4 and Symbiose Core was no longer available, the application would freeze instead of displaying an explicit message. This behavior has now been corrected: the application remains accessible and clearly informs the user.

Impact: Users no longer experience unexpected application freezes, ensuring continuity of work even when the operating mode changes.

Full display of shaping operations in the planning view

PlanningCorrection

Grinding and shaping operations are now correctly displayed in the planning visualization as well as in the cutting data. This information, which was previously missing from the screen, is now visible without any additional action.

Impact: Planners benefit from a complete and reliable view of all transformation operations, eliminating missed workloads and scheduling errors.

Enlarged glass shape view in edgework planning

PlanningAmélioration

In the edgework planning screen, double-clicking on a glass piece drawing now displays its image in large format in a dedicated window. This action is distinct from a single click, which retains its usual behavior of switching the display mode.

Impact: Operators can quickly and accurately examine the shape of a piece without leaving their planning screen, reducing the risk of errors when preparing edgework operations.

Fix for pricing application in orders

PricingCorrection

An issue that could cause incorrect pricing to be applied in customer and supplier orders has been resolved. Prices are now applied reliably and in accordance with the configured pricing rules.

Impact: Users can create and confirm their orders with full confidence that the prices displayed are accurate, preventing invoicing errors and unwanted price discrepancies.

Fix for the Cutting Defects statistics screen

StatisticsCorrection

An error message that prevented the "Cutting Defects" statistics screen from opening or being used has been resolved. The screen now displays correctly and returns the expected data.

Impact: Quality and production managers can once again access cutting defect statistics without interruption, ensuring reliable monitoring of cutting quality.

Fix for operation sequencing in automatic scheduling

PlanningAmélioration

We have fixed how operations related to glass surcharges are handled during automatic scheduling. When manual operations were generated from a surcharge or an automatic markup, they could fail to be positioned at the same level as operations directly linked to the glass. Scheduling now more accurately respects the expected order of production operations.

Impact: This fix improves the consistency of automatic scheduling by ensuring better sequencing between glass operations and operations derived from surcharges.

Improved trolley organization in reverse-face mode

Rack handlingCorrection

Trolley organization during reverse-face order processing has been reviewed and corrected to ensure consistent and reliable behavior. Trolley grouping and assignment rules now correctly follow the defined configuration settings.

Impact: Operators benefit from more reliable reverse-face trolley organization, reducing preparation errors and the need for manual corrective actions.

EDI Import: fixed display of error messages during validation checks

EDICorrection

When importing EDI files, error or information messages related to constraint validation checks could appear empty, with no actionable details. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users now see clear and complete messages when an EDI import fails, making it easier to quickly identify the issue and take the appropriate corrective action.

Column resizing in location management

SettingsCorrection

It is now possible to resize columns in the location management screen, providing improved readability of the displayed information. The limitation that prevented display adjustment has been fixed.

Impact: Users can freely adjust column widths to suit their needs, making it easier to view and enter location data.

Fix for price surcharge calculation in order confirmations

Customer orderCorrection

A calculation error could cause a price surcharge to be applied twice on certain order lines within the confirmation document, while the amount displayed at entry was correct. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Order confirmations now accurately reflect the amounts entered at the time of input, ensuring reliable documents are sent to customers with no risk of billing discrepancies.

Fix for data displayed on labels

ProductionCorrection

An issue that could cause incorrect or incomplete information to be displayed on generated labels has been resolved. Label configuration now produces reliable results that accurately reflect the defined settings.

Impact: Generated labels now display exactly the expected information, reducing the risk of errors during production, packaging, or shipping.

Fix for VAT rate on zero-rate deposit transfers

InvoicingCorrection

A deposit entered with a 0% VAT rate could be incorrectly transferred with a 21% rate, causing tax inconsistencies. This issue has been resolved: the original VAT rate is now consistently preserved throughout the entire transfer process.

Impact: Deposits are transferred with the correct VAT rate, preventing any tax discrepancies and eliminating the need for manual corrections.

Fix for a crash occurring when launching automatic scheduling

PlanningCorrection

An issue that could cause the software to freeze completely when running automatic scheduling has been resolved. This malfunction was triggered by the appearance of duplicate tasks in the production schedule.

Impact: Users can now launch automatic scheduling without any risk of software interruption, ensuring continuity of production management.

EDI Import: per-company item unblocking now properly accessible

EDICorrection

During EDI file imports, some users were unable to unblock restricted items due to an access rights issue that caused the corresponding menu to remain inactive. This issue has been fixed: the per-company unblocking menu is now correctly accessible based on the user's privileges.

Impact: EDI imports are no longer held up by permission-related issues, preventing processing interruptions and ensuring operational continuity when receiving orders.

Fix for customer invoice template display

InvoicingCorrection

An issue affecting the custom formatting of customer invoices has been resolved. Generated documents now correctly apply the personalization settings defined for each customer.

Impact: Customer invoices are displayed and printed in accurate accordance with the expected template, with no layout inconsistencies.
