Defective part labels: enhanced barcode printing

ProductionAmélioration

Labels associated with defective parts can now include barcodes in Code 128 and Code 39 formats, consistent with cutting and production labels. This ensures better traceability and reliable scanning by workshop readers.

Impact: Operators can scan defective parts using the same equipment as the rest of the production line, reducing data entry errors and improving quality tracking.

Loading summary: cut pieces now correctly reflected in delivery notes

DeliveryCorrection

The loading summary table now correctly displays all items, including cut pieces associated with delivery notes. A defect could cause certain entries to be omitted from the summary presented to operators.

Impact: Logistics managers and forklift operators now have access to a reliable and complete loading summary, reducing the risk of errors or oversights during shipment preparation.

Fix for an error occurring on scheduling server startup

PlanningCorrection

An error occurring when bringing the scheduling server into service has been resolved. The server now starts up without any interruption or error message.

Impact: Users can enable and use the scheduling module without any blocking issue, ensuring a reliable and fast startup experience.

Manual cutting: production progress now updates correctly

Production trackingCorrection

When logging production entries for manual cutting, the progress rate was not being refreshed despite operations having actually been completed. This issue has now been fixed.

Impact: Operators and production managers have access to reliable, real-time progress tracking for glass produced through manual cutting, eliminating any confusion about the actual state of production.

Alphanumeric postal codes can now be entered

Customer orderCorrection

It was not possible to enter postal codes containing letters in certain application windows. This limitation has been resolved: the affected fields now accept alphanumeric formats, including postal codes used in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Ireland.

Impact: Users can now save customer addresses and delivery point addresses containing letter-based postal codes without any blocking issues or the need for workarounds.

EDI Mappings: spacer item entry now fixed

EDICorrection

An issue was preventing new spacers from being saved in the EDI mapping table when customizing items. Article type validation now works correctly according to each customer's context.

Impact: Users can once again enter and confirm new spacers in EDI mappings without any blocking, ensuring uninterrupted data exchanges with partners.

Publisher website address updated on the login screen

GeneralCorrection

The publisher's website address displayed on the login screen has been updated and made consistent throughout the application. The URL is now accurate and uniform wherever it appears.

Impact: Users can access the correct website directly from the application, with no risk of encountering an outdated or incorrect link.

Enhanced delivery labels for insulating glass production lines

DeliveryAmélioration

Delivery labels now include additional data enabling automatic reading by barcode scanners at the entry points of insulating glass production lines. This enhancement is part of a broader effort to improve integration between inbound logistics and production equipment.

Impact: Production teams can scan labels directly upon product receipt, reducing manual data entry and the risk of errors at the manufacturing line entry point.

Fix for cutting order transmission sequence

ProductionCorrection

The transmission order of cutting orders to production is now reliably maintained. Operators receive cutting instructions in the correct sequence, with no risk of inversion or disorder.

Impact: Production gains in smoothness and reliability: cutting orders are transmitted in the right order, preventing cutting errors and line stoppages.

Enhanced rework label for Glaston line scanning

ProductionAmélioration

The defective parts rework label now includes additional data enabling automatic reading by the barcode scanner at the entry point of the Glaston insulating glass production line. This improvement ensures reliable, re-entry-free identification of units requiring reprocessing.

Impact: Operators experience a smoother rework handoff: the label is directly recognized by the line equipment, reducing data entry errors and speeding up the return of defective parts to production.

Fix for Ug value calculation when entering an order

Customer orderCorrection

The thermal transmittance coefficient (Ug) is now calculated in compliance with the applicable standard: the value is first truncated to two decimal places, then rounded to one decimal place. This incorrect behaviour could result in erroneous Ug values being displayed on orders.

Impact: Ug values displayed on orders now comply with normative requirements, ensuring the reliability of technical data shared with customers and partners.

Sorting Center: improved handling of glass panels being re-sorted

ProductionCorrection

The system no longer requests the removal of a glass panel while it is being reprocessed in the sorting center's re-sorting zone. The logic now waits for the glass to be correctly repositioned in a buffer before triggering any outfeed action.

Impact: Fewer operator interruptions and errors during sorting cycles, ensuring a smoother and safer production flow on lines equipped with an automated sorting center.
