Automatic correction of quantity errors during rack scanning

Rack handlingCorrection

When a quantity discrepancy is detected during a rack scan, the system now automatically applies a correction and displays a clear, explicit error message. Users no longer need to intervene manually to resolve this type of blocking issue.

Impact: Forklift operators are no longer slowed down by blocking quantity errors during scans: the correction is applied automatically, reducing interruptions and the risk of data entry mistakes.

Improved production monitoring display

Production trackingAmélioration

The production monitoring screen has been redesigned for better readability: charts now automatically adjust to the window size, scroll bars appear when needed, and the full view is immediately visible upon opening with no hidden areas.

Impact: Operators and production managers instantly access a complete, clear monitoring view, with no additional adjustments required to the display.

Fix for communication between the sorting center and the cutting table

OptimizationCorrection

An issue affecting data exchange between the order management software and the cutting machine has been resolved. Information transmitted to the sorting center is now correctly interpreted and processed.

Impact: Operators benefit from reliable synchronization between the planning system and the cutting equipment, preventing sorting errors and production disruptions.

Custom footer on the purchase order report

Supplier orderAmélioration

The purchase order report now supports a customizable footer, allowing you to include information specific to your organization. This enhancement ensures that documents sent to your suppliers meet your compliance requirements.

Impact: Printed or transmitted purchase orders accurately reflect your company's identity and required notices, reducing the need for manual corrections or resubmissions.

Fix for setup time calculation on combined tables

PlanningCorrection

The setup time calculation associated with combined tables could produce incorrect results, leading to discrepancies in production scheduling. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Production schedules now reflect accurate setup times, preventing unanticipated overloads or underloads on the affected equipment.

Shaping Schedule: customer number now visible in Orders and Planning tabs

PlanningAmélioration

The customer number is now displayed in the "Orders" tab grid as a dedicated column, and appears before the customer name in the "Planning" tab. This enhancement makes it easier to quickly identify customers when reviewing the shaping schedule.

Impact: Planners can identify and filter orders by customer more quickly, reducing the risk of confusion between customers with similar names.

Fix for application freeze when accessing workstation load management

PlanningCorrection

When the workstation load maintenance screen was open, it was no longer possible to access any other feature in the application. This freeze has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can now navigate freely throughout the application without being locked out when viewing or editing workstation loads.

Fix for total weight displayed in purchase orders

Supplier orderCorrection

The overall weight shown in a purchase order record could display an incorrect value. This issue has now been resolved and the displayed weight accurately reflects the actual order data.

Impact: Users can now reliably view and verify the total weight of a purchase order, preventing control or validation errors caused by inaccurate data.

Fix for pickup option handling in order entry

Customer orderCorrection

An issue affecting the "pickup" checkbox during order entry has been resolved. This option is now correctly taken into account, including for orders linked to a specific delivery route.

Impact: Users can now reliably distinguish between customer pickup orders and orders to be delivered, preventing incorrect assignment errors on delivery routes.

Waterjet and CNC machine time calculation fixed

ProductionCorrection

The machine time calculation for waterjet and CNC equipment could produce incorrect values in certain configurations. This issue has now been resolved and machine times are calculated accurately.

Impact: Production orders including waterjet or CNC operations now display reliable machine times, ensuring more accurate cost estimation and fairer scheduling.

Spacer bar printing: dimension rounding to whole units restored

Customer orderCorrection

When printing spacer bars from the order entry screen, dimensions were being rounded to the nearest tenth of a millimeter instead of the nearest whole unit. This incorrect behavior has now been fixed.

Impact: Printed documents now display spacer bar dimensions with the expected rounding level, preventing any confusion or errors during manufacturing.

Reliable column layout saving in the planning screen

PlanningCorrection

The column display configuration in the machining planning screen is now correctly retained between sessions. Any resizing or reordering performed by the user is no longer randomly overwritten.

Impact: Users consistently find their personalized layout intact, without having to manually reconfigure columns at the start of each session.

Fix for descriptions in EDI export of subcontracting purchase orders

EDICorrection

When exporting subcontracting purchase orders via EDI, some lines could display an incorrect description. This issue has now been resolved and the descriptions transmitted accurately match the relevant lines.

Impact: EDI files generated for subcontracting purchase orders are now reliable, eliminating any risk of errors or disputes with partners during automated exchanges.

Improved inventory forecast management for subcontracted orders

Customer orderCorrection

Inventory forecasts linked to customer orders are now correctly updated when exporting to subcontracting and when cancelling such exports. Copying orders that contain in-house manufactured items no longer generates incorrect forecast entries.

Impact: Planning and logistics managers benefit from a reliable view of projected inventory levels, eliminating discrepancies between theoretical stock and the actual status of subcontracted orders.

Fix for font size display issues in the interface

GeneralCorrection

A display issue affecting font size management (small, medium, large) has been resolved. The interface now renders correctly regardless of the selected font size.

Impact: Users benefit from a consistent and readable display throughout the application, with no visual distortion related to text size preferences.

Item details now open in a dedicated tab

ItemsAmélioration

Item details now open in a separate tab, allowing users to switch between the list and the item record without losing their search context. Synchronization between both views ensures that the information displayed is always kept up to date.

Impact: Users can view item details while keeping their search results list in place, resulting in smoother navigation and fewer back-and-forth steps during searches.

Order reference added to delivery note email subject line

DeliveryAmélioration

When a delivery note is sent by email and relates to a single order, the reference for that order is now automatically included in the email subject line. This allows the recipient to immediately identify the document at a glance.

Impact: Customers and carriers can more quickly determine which order a delivery note refers to when received by email, without having to open the document.

Energy surcharge now correctly included in accounting exports

InvoicingCorrection

The energy surcharge amount is now included in the glazing amount when exporting to accounting. This fix ensures that accounting entries accurately reflect the total amounts invoiced.

Impact: Users no longer need to manually correct accounting exports: the energy surcharge is automatically taken into account, eliminating discrepancies between billing and accounting.

Fix for an issue occurring during EDI file imports

EDICorrection

A malfunction that could block the import of EDI messages has been resolved. Electronic exchanges with your partners are now processed reliably and without interruption.

Impact: Orders and data received via EDI are imported correctly, preventing any delays or manual reprocessing.

Fix for standards and classifications printing

DocumentsCorrection

We have resolved an issue occurring during the printing of delivery labels: in certain cases, the classification associated with a standard could be truncated when its label contained a hyphen. Classification information is now fully retrieved in the print data, ensuring better consistency between the order line, the item data, and the generated label.

Impact: Printed documents now accurately reflect the standards applicable to ordered products, reducing the risk of errors and strengthening regulatory compliance.

Fix for checkbox behavior on order lines

Customer orderCorrection

A malfunction affecting the checkboxes on order lines has been resolved. Selections are now applied correctly and reliably when entering or editing an order.

Impact: Operators can once again check and uncheck options on order lines without errors, eliminating the need for re-entry and reducing the risk of processing mistakes.

Quote/order copy: duplicate message removed

Customer orderCorrection

When copying a quote or an order that involved a change in delivery method, the information message was displayed twice in a row. This duplicate has been fixed and the message now appears only once.

Impact: Users are no longer unnecessarily interrupted by a repeated confirmation prompt, resulting in a smoother data entry experience and eliminating any confusion when duplicating an order.

Fix for insulating glass unit de-production

Production trackingCorrection

We have resolved an issue that could prevent the un-scanning or defect declaration of an insulating glass unit in certain production tracking scenarios. The handling of the last production operation has been strengthened to better account for already-scanned units and to avoid inconsistencies that were blocking the de-production process.

Impact: Operators can once again cancel a scan or flag an insulating glass unit as defective without any blocking issue, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted production tracking.

Fix for navigation freeze after closing a screen

GeneralCorrection

Closing the maintenance request management screen could leave a residual tab that blocked all menu navigation. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can close this screen without any risk of freezing and resume navigation throughout the application normally.

Fix for a freeze in the supplier settings screen

Supplier orderCorrection

A freeze was preventing users from leaving the supplier settings screen, forcing them to interrupt their session. This issue has now been resolved and navigation works as expected.

Impact: Users can freely access and exit the supplier settings screen without getting stuck, ensuring uninterrupted workflow continuity.
