Improved item code compatibility with Hegla cutting tables

ProductionAmélioration

When sending data to the tray feeder software connected to a Hegla cutting table, the system now uses the item code configured in Symbiose Core, consistent with the behavior of other cutting equipment.

Impact: Data transmitted to the Hegla cutting table is more reliable and consistent, reducing the risk of item misidentification during production control.

Shape tip cutting: correct preservation of information

OptimizationCorrection

During optimization calculations, information related to tips cut on complex shapes is now correctly preserved, even when the shape is analyzed by the calculation engine. Data entered by users is no longer lost during processing.

Impact: Operators no longer need to manually re-enter tip cutting parameters after an optimization calculation, preventing cutting errors and saving time on the production floor.

Improved stability when sending emails without a configured mail client

GeneralCorrection

The application no longer closes unexpectedly when a user attempts to send an email without a mail client configured on their workstation. An appropriate informational message is now displayed instead.

Impact: Users avoid any unexpected work interruption and can continue their operations without data loss or being forced to restart the application.

Read-only access for outsourced purchase orders

Supplier orderAmélioration

It is now possible to configure read-only access on specific purchase orders, allowing them to be viewed without any risk of accidental modification. This option can be set directly in the purchase order numbering settings.

Impact: Users can safely review the relevant purchase orders without any risk of inadvertently modifying them, strengthening control and reliability over procurement data.

EDI Excel Export: correct application of customer-specific pricing

EDICorrection

When exporting EDI item mappings to Excel, the price individually defined for a customer was not applied, and the pricing group rate was used instead. This behavior has now been corrected and is consistent with order and quote entry.

Impact: Excel files exported from EDI item mappings now accurately reflect each customer's own pricing, eliminating any price discrepancy between the export and the actual contractual terms.

New "Dark Grey" visual theme now available

InterfaceAmélioration

A new "Dark Grey" color theme is now available in Symbiose Core. Users can enable it according to their preferences to customize the appearance of their interface.

Impact: Enhanced visual comfort for daily use, particularly for users working in low-light environments or looking to reduce eye strain during extended sessions.

Reliable display of production numbers on manufacturing drawings

ProductionCorrection

Production numbers were appearing incompletely or inconsistently on spacer bar manufacturing drawings. This issue has now been resolved to ensure systematic and consistent display at all times.

Impact: Operators always have access to all production references on their manufacturing documents, preventing traceability errors and disruptions on the shop floor.

Fix for customer address display in route sheets

DeliveryCorrection

An issue preventing the customer address from displaying correctly when viewing or editing route sheets has been resolved. Address information is now reliably rendered on this screen.

Impact: Delivery teams have access to accurate and complete customer addresses on route sheets, eliminating any risk of routing errors or deliveries to the wrong destination.

Automatic blocking of EDI orders exceeding credit limits

EDICorrection

When orders were received via EDI, the credit limit check was not triggered correctly, allowing orders through that should have been blocked. This issue has now been fixed.

Impact: Orders received via EDI are now subject to the same credit blocking rules as manually entered orders, ensuring consistent and reliable customer risk management.

Fix for incorrect amount transferred to accounting during invoicing

InvoicingCorrection

An issue was causing twice the actual invoice total to be transferred to accounting, even though the PDF displayed the correct amount. This anomaly has now been resolved.

Impact: Amounts sent to accounting now accurately match invoice totals, ensuring the reliability of accounting entries and preventing any reconciliation discrepancies.

Fix for an unexpected error message during automatic order calculation

Production trackingCorrection

An unexpected error message could appear during automatic order calculation in production tracking, disrupting the flow of operations. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Automatic order calculation now runs without interruption or error messages, ensuring smooth and reliable production tracking.

Production defect numbering is now reliable and consistent

ProductionCorrection

An issue causing incorrect numbering of defects recorded during production has been fixed. Generated numbers now match the expected values, with no offset or erroneous increment.

Impact: Operators and production managers can rely on the displayed defect numbers to ensure accurate tracking and avoid any confusion during quality control checks.

Improved readability of wire trolley documents

Rack handlingCorrection

The content of wire trolley documents was displaying in an unreadable format, whether in portrait or landscape mode. This issue has now been resolved and documents display correctly in all orientations.

Impact: Operators can view and print wire trolley documents without difficulty, regardless of the chosen orientation, eliminating potential errors and time loss on the production floor.

Fix for projected quantities in tray stock tracking

InventoryCorrection

The projected quantities displayed in the general overview and stock evolution tracking for trays could show inconsistencies. This issue has now been resolved to ensure reliable data under all circumstances.

Impact: Stock managers now have access to accurate forecast quantities, preventing decision-making errors caused by incorrect data.

Accounting export: improved handling of VAT-exempt customers

InterfaceCorrection

When exporting data to the accounting software, VAT-exempt customers are now correctly identified, even when the VAT field is left blank. The exported file accurately reflects the tax status of each customer.

Impact: Accounting exports no longer produce errors or inconsistencies for VAT-exempt customers, eliminating the need for manual corrections and reducing the risk of rejection during accounting integration.

Fix for glass label printing on Autoclave parts

ProductionCorrection

The printing of labels associated with glazing units intended for the Autoclave process has been corrected to ensure reliable and compliant generation of identification documents. Operators can now print these labels without encountering any anomalies.

Impact: Improved shop floor reliability: Autoclave labels are now produced correctly, preventing part misidentification and avoiding production flow disruptions.

Fix for incorrect price calculation on certain orders

PricingCorrection

A price calculation issue was identified and resolved for certain order configurations. The amounts displayed and transmitted are now accurate in all affected cases.

Impact: Users get reliable and consistent pricing when entering and processing orders, preventing billing errors or pricing miscommunications.

Machine time calculation fix for waterjet and CNC equipment

ProductionCorrection

The machine time calculation for waterjet and CNC equipment could produce incorrect results in certain configurations. This issue has now been resolved, ensuring reliable manufacturing times.

Impact: Production schedules and manufacturing costs associated with waterjet and CNC cutting now reflect actual times, preventing load discrepancies and valuation errors.

Correct retention of fire assignment on cutting tables

OptimizationCorrection

The fire assignment associated with cutting tables was being lost in certain situations, causing inconsistencies during optimization. This issue has now been resolved and fire information is correctly retained throughout the entire process.

Impact: Operators now have access to reliable and complete cutting data, preventing processing errors and ensuring the consistency of generated cutting plans.
