EDI Export: surcharges correctement filtrées pour les articles sous-traités

EDICorrection

When generating EDI files for fully subcontracted purchase orders, some non-applicable surcharges could mistakenly be included in the export. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: EDI files sent to suppliers now accurately reflect only the relevant surcharges, preventing billing errors or processing rejections on the partner's end.

Accurate transition times handling in automatic scheduling

PlanningCorrection

Automatic scheduling was incorrectly accounting for transition times between production steps, causing a blocking error. This issue has now been resolved and scheduling runs correctly.

Impact: Automatically calculated production lead times are now reliable and consistent with the defined parameters, preventing any blocking errors during schedule generation.

Improved readability of PVB components in order lines

Customer orderAmélioration

When a laminated glass contains multiple identical PVB layers, the quantity is now explicitly displayed before the component name (e.g., 3 x 0.76 mm clear PVB). The composition of the laminated glass is therefore presented in a clear and unambiguous way.

Impact: Users can immediately identify the exact quantity of PVB layers in a laminated glass composition, reducing the risk of misreading or data entry errors when processing orders.

Improved glazing shape handling in the sorting center with a flipper

ProductionAmélioration

The production order now correctly accounts for the orientation of glazing pieces when a flipper is present at the sorting center output. Dimensions and shapes are represented both in their original position and in their position after being flipped on the line.

Impact: Operators benefit from an accurate representation of the actual glazing orientation throughout the process, reducing the risk of handling errors and improving the reliability of production orders.

DMS access restored from order and delivery screens

DocumentsCorrection

The shortcuts to the document management system (DMS) from the order, quote, and delivery note viewing and entry screens have been updated to remain compatible with the new version of the DMS. Links are now working correctly again across all entities within your group.

Impact: Users can once again directly access associated documents (orders, quotes, delivery notes) from Symbiose, with no navigation interruption or loss of time.

Fix for an error occurring during pricing maintenance

PricingCorrection

An unexpected error message could appear when viewing or editing pricing data, preventing access to this feature. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can once again access and manage pricing without any interruption or error message.

Non-products: new "Available Quantity" column in the view

ProductionAmélioration

The non-products view now displays a dedicated column for available quantity, providing a complete and immediate picture of residual stock without navigating to other screens.

Impact: Operators save time by checking non-product availability directly from the list, making it easier to decide on reuse or surplus management.

Tray-to-sorting transfer: glass entry restored

ProductionCorrection

A blocking issue was preventing glasses from being recorded in the sorting step during a tray transfer. This problem has now been resolved and the production flow can proceed normally.

Impact: Operators can once again perform tray-to-sorting transfers without interruption, preventing any unplanned production stoppages.

Customizable footer for orders and quotes

DocumentsAmélioration

It is now possible to customize the footer content displayed on printed orders and quotes, including legal notices, bank details, and company-specific legal information. This configuration allows the documents you issue to be precisely tailored to the requirements of each entity.

Impact: Printed documents accurately reflect your company's up-to-date legal and banking information, with no manual intervention required at each time of printing.

Cutting code fix for associated shapes

ProductionCorrection

An issue affecting cutting code generation when processing associated shapes on Lisec machines has been resolved. The data transmitted to the machine now meets the expected requirements.

Impact: Cuts involving associated shapes are now correctly driven, preventing manufacturing errors and production interruptions.

Fixed supplier order sending for lacquered glass

Supplier orderCorrection

An issue preventing supplier orders containing lacquered glass items from being sent correctly has been resolved. Affected orders are now transmitted without error.

Impact: Buyers can send supplier orders including lacquered glass without any interruption or manual intervention.

Automatic email sending restored after scheduling and order changes

PlanningCorrection

Automatic emails generated by the automatic scheduling process or following order modifications were not being sent correctly. This issue has now been resolved and notifications are delivered as expected.

Impact: Teams once again automatically receive scheduling-related notifications and reports without any manual intervention, preventing oversights and processing delays.

Fix for EDI export of subcontracting purchase orders

EDICorrection

An issue affecting the generation of EDI files for subcontracting purchase orders, particularly regarding packaging information, has been identified and resolved. Electronic exchanges with the relevant suppliers can now be carried out without any anomalies.

Impact: Subcontracting purchase orders are now correctly transmitted via EDI, preventing any blocking or errors in exchanges with partner suppliers.

Access to settings controlled by user permissions

SecuritySécurité

Access to the "Settings" button is now governed by a specific privilege assigned to the user. Only authorized individuals can access this sensitive feature.

Impact: Administrators can better control who accesses critical application configurations, reducing the risk of unauthorized changes.

Batch printing of delivery labels for manual cutting

Production trackingAmélioration

A new button now allows all delivery labels for manually cut glass panes associated with a production order to be printed in a single action. There is no longer any need to print them one by one.

Impact: Significant time savings on the shop floor: operators can print all labels for a production order in a single click, reducing manual steps and the risk of overlooking items.

Fix for missing cutting data on certain orders

OptimizationCorrection

An issue that could cause cutting data to be absent on certain orders has been resolved. The information required for processing is now correctly transmitted and available.

Impact: Operators have access to all required cutting data to process their orders without interruption or manual re-entry.

Fix for an error occurring when loading EDI files

EDICorrection

An issue preventing certain EDI files from being loaded has been identified and resolved. Electronic data exchanges can now be processed without interruption.

Impact: Users can once again import their EDI files without encountering any blocking error, ensuring the continuity of supply and order flows.

Fix for a freeze when launching the optimization

OptimizationCorrection

An issue causing the optimization module to stop unexpectedly has been identified and resolved. The process can now run without interruption.

Impact: Users can launch and complete their optimizations without any risk of freezing, ensuring continuity of production operations.

Fix for supplier name display when adding to delivery rounds

DeliveryCorrection

When adding a supplier to delivery round management to schedule a pickup, the name displayed could incorrectly match that of a customer sharing the same identifier. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can now add a supplier to a delivery round with full confidence, with the correct name displayed at all times, eliminating any risk of confusion when organizing pickups.
