Center of gravity display corrected for all handling equipment

Rack handlingCorrection

The center of gravity was not consistently displayed on the graphical representations of certain handling equipment during trolley operations. This issue has now been fixed and the center of gravity appears correctly for all affected elements.

Impact: Operators now have complete and reliable handling information, reducing the risk of errors when positioning and transporting glass racks.

Stabilized tab navigation across the application

InterfaceCorrection

An issue that could trigger an error when using the navigation tabs in Symbiose has been fixed. Navigating between the different sections of the application now works reliably and without interruption.

Impact: Users can switch between tabs without encountering any error messages or freezes, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience throughout the application.

Production order creation: "Order-based trolleying" button reliability fix

ProductionCorrection

When selecting orders to produce during production order creation, the "Order-based trolleying" button could exhibit incorrect behavior. This issue has been identified and resolved to ensure reliable operation.

Impact: Operators can now use the "Order-based trolleying" button with full confidence when preparing their production orders, with no risk of errors in order selection.

Distinct numbering ranges for purchase orders

Supplier orderAmélioration

It is now possible to configure two separate numbering ranges for purchase orders: one for manually entered orders and one for orders automatically generated in relay mode. Each order type has its own number sequence, eliminating any risk of confusion between the two workflows.

Impact: Purchasing teams benefit from greater clarity and traceability: simply looking at the order number immediately reveals whether it was created manually or triggered automatically, making it easier to monitor and control procurement.

Automatic laser marking of tempered glazing on cutting tables

EDIAmélioration

Cutting files sent to compatible cutting tables now automatically include laser marking information for all tempered glazing (clear float and temperable coated float). The marking position is intelligently calculated based on the orientation of the glass on the table, including when a symmetry is applied at the exit of the tempering line.

Impact: Every tempered pane is marked with precision and without manual intervention, regardless of its orientation on the cutting table, ensuring reliable traceability throughout the entire production process.

Fix for glazing entry order at assembly lines

PlanningCorrection

An error could cause an incorrect entry order for glass panes when defining assembly rules for insulating glazing units. This issue has now been resolved and the rules are applied reliably.

Impact: Operators benefit from correct glazing sequencing at assembly line entry, reducing the risk of manufacturing errors and production interruptions.

Improved translations in the order entry interface

Customer orderCorrection

The labels and text displayed during order entry have been corrected and standardized for users working in a language other than French. The interface now provides consistent and complete translations at every step of the order process.

Impact: Teams using Symbiose Core in a non-French language benefit from a clearer, more readable interface that is less prone to confusion, reducing the risk of data entry errors.

Order line entry: separator handling fixed

Customer orderCorrection

An issue affecting the reading and interpretation of separators during customer order line entry has been resolved. Comments associated with orders are now read and displayed correctly.

Impact: Users can enter and review their orders without any risk of display errors or loss of information on comments.

Order line details accessible in a dedicated tab

Customer orderAmélioration

It is now possible to open the details of an order line in a separate tab, without leaving the active orders list. Navigating between different lines is therefore smoother and more intuitive.

Impact: Users gain efficiency when reviewing orders by eliminating back-and-forth navigation between screens.

Fix for an error when duplicating a customer in delivery management

DeliveryCorrection

A blocking error could occur when duplicating a customer in delivery management, preventing the operation from being completed. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can duplicate a customer in deliveries without any interruption or error message, ensuring seamless processing continuity.

Detection of inactive individual customers at order entry

Customer orderAmélioration

When creating a new order for an inactive individual customer, the system now displays a warning and offers to reactivate the account before proceeding. This check, already available for business customers, now applies to individual customers as well.

Impact: Operators are alerted in real time and avoid entering orders against inactive accounts, reducing the risk of errors and the need for manual corrections downstream.

Result labels: all quantities now display correctly

ProductionCorrection

When printing labels generated from result maintenance, the number of labels displayed could be lower than the actual quantity, resulting in missing labels. This issue has now been fixed.

Impact: Operators now receive a number of printed labels that matches the actual quantity, preventing any tracking or distribution errors on the shop floor.

Data consistency when modifying shaping operations

PlanningCorrection

Reordering shaping operations as well as enabling or disabling an operation now updates all associated data consistently. Scheduling information accurately reflects the changes made, with no additional manual action required.

Impact: Planning managers get reliable, up-to-date data immediately after any shaping operation change, reducing the risk of production errors.

Cutting labels: production order number displayed for all types

ProductionCorrection

The production order number is now correctly displayed on cutting labels for all order types, including Laminated and Insulating Glass units. This information, which was previously missing on certain labels, is now shown consistently across the board.

Impact: Operators always have the production order number available on every label, making traceability and shop floor tracking easier regardless of the type of glazing being manufactured.

Fix for incorrect price calculation on certain sales orders

Customer orderCorrection

An issue causing incorrect prices to be calculated on certain sales orders has been identified and resolved. The amounts displayed and invoiced now accurately reflect the expected pricing conditions.

Impact: Users can now validate and process their orders with confidence that the calculated prices are correct, eliminating any risk of billing discrepancies.

Fix for a scanning error on film-wrapped packaged items

InventoryCorrection

A blocking error could occur when scanning certain packaged items, such as plastic film-wrapped packaging, abruptly terminating the user's session. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Operators can scan all types of packaged items without interruption, ensuring continuity of receiving and inventory management operations.

Fix for defective volume document printing

ProductionCorrection

An issue preventing the correct printing of documents related to defective volumes has been resolved. Users can now generate these printouts without encountering any errors.

Impact: The processing and tracking of defective volumes are now more reliable, preventing any disruption to quality control operations and scrap management workflows.

Fix for an error when displaying non-conforming products

Production trackingCorrection

An error message occurred when viewing non-conforming products in the last operation-only display mode. This issue has now been resolved and the view loads without interruption.

Impact: Operators and production managers can once again review non-conforming products without encountering any blocking error, ensuring reliable tracking of scrap and production variances.

Non-product visualization: "last operation" filter fixed

Production trackingCorrection

The "Show last operation only" filter in the non-product visualization was not being applied, resulting in incomplete or incorrect results. This behavior has now been fixed and the filter is applied correctly.

Impact: Production managers can now get a reliable and consistent view of non-products by enabling the last operation filter, making it easier to analyze and track production variances.

Fix for spacer dimension calculation in renovation glazing

ProductionCorrection

An issue affecting spacer dimension calculations when entering glazing units with the renovation option has been resolved. Dimensions are now calculated and displayed correctly in all scenarios.

Impact: Operators now get reliable spacer dimensions for renovation glazing orders, preventing cutting errors and production returns.
