Navigation menu display fixed

InterfaceCorrection

A display issue could occur when switching between the "All" and "Favorites" views of the menu, combined with a collapse and re-expand action. This behavior has now been fixed.

Impact: Navigating through the application is now smoother and more reliable, with no unexpected display glitches when interacting with the menu.

"Processed" status now preserved when rescheduling a lifting gear

DeliveryCorrection

When modifying the delivery date of a lifting gear, the "Processed" status is now correctly retained after the operation. There is no longer any need to manually re-check this box after each reschedule.

Impact: Delivery teams benefit from improved reliability and time savings: lifting gear status tracking remains consistent with no manual re-entry required.

Automatic krypton gas management on insulating glass lines

ProductionAmélioration

The communication between Symbiose Core and the insulating glass production line has been enhanced to automatically transmit the krypton gas code to the controller when manufacturing gas-filled units. The code is read directly from the item record of the relevant gas.

Impact: Krypton filling is now fully automated without manual intervention, reducing the risk of configuration errors and ensuring the compliance of finished products.

Clearer distinction of production orders by tempering type

ProductionAmélioration

Production orders originating from a tempering process are now clearly separated from standard production orders within the schedule. This distinction allows each manufacturing type to be tracked independently and without confusion.

Impact: Operators and production managers can instantly identify tempering-related orders, reducing the risk of processing errors and making shop floor tracking easier.

Fix for daily load control check during scheduling

PlanningCorrection

An issue could trigger a false daily load capacity overrun during order scheduling, even when the actual limit had not been reached. The check now correctly relies on planned quantities rather than entered quantities.

Impact: Planners no longer experience unjustified blocks when scheduling orders, ensuring reliable and accurate management of daily capacities.

Icon button alignment fixed

InterfaceCorrection

Icon buttons now display correctly left-aligned, consistently with the rest of the interface. This visual display issue, which could disrupt screen readability, has been resolved.

Impact: The interface is more uniform and readable, making day-to-day navigation within the application easier.

Fix for pricing display on 2.5 m bars

Supplier orderCorrection

A display issue in the purchase order entry grid could cause incorrect reading of prices for 2.5 m bars. This defect has now been resolved.

Impact: Buyers can now enter and verify 2.5 m bar orders with full confidence, eliminating the risk of pricing errors.

Template number display restored in order lines

Customer orderCorrection

The template number was no longer displayed when viewing customer order lines. This issue has been resolved and the information now appears correctly.

Impact: Operators and order managers can immediately see the template number associated with each line, eliminating any confusion or the need for additional manual lookups.

Correct visual indicator when inserting a document

Supplier orderCorrection

When adding a document to a purchase order, the relevant button now correctly displays in red when an action is required. This visual behavior, which was not triggered in certain cases, is now reliable.

Impact: Users can immediately identify that an attachment or document requires attention, reducing the risk of oversight when processing purchase orders.

Delivery label: glazing drawing orientation aligned with the defined view

DeliveryAmélioration

On the labels attached to delivery racks, the glazing drawing now displays in the correct orientation based on the defined view (Exterior or Interior). The visual orientation is therefore consistent with the actual configuration of the piece.

Impact: Delivery and installation teams benefit from an accurate visual representation of each glazing unit on the label, reducing the risk of orientation errors during handling or placement.

FIFO stock valuation corrected for intercompany orders

InventoryCorrection

The FIFO stock valuation calculation was incorrectly factoring in certain orders related to intercompany subcontracting, which skewed the results. This calculation is now restricted to stock-type purchase orders only, in line with the expected business logic.

Impact: Stock managers and accountants now obtain a reliable and accurate FIFO valuation, with no risk of discrepancies caused by intercompany flows.

Improved reliability of stock-managed item handling

ItemsCorrection

The checkbox indicating that an item is stock-managed now works correctly within the item record. Batch processing properly takes this setting into account, with no anomalies.

Impact: Users can manage stock-tracked items reliably, with no risk of errors during batch processing runs.

Saving favorites for credit note requests now works without errors

InvoicingCorrection

An error message was preventing users from saving a favorite or a shortcut from the manual credit note request management screen. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can once again create and use favorites on this screen without interruption, enabling a smoother day-to-day experience.

Interlayer production mode now configurable per job folder

ProductionAmélioration

It is now possible to enable and customize the interlayer production mode to meet the specific requirements of each job folder configuration. This option, previously unavailable, can be activated directly from the production settings.

Impact: Production teams gain greater flexibility by adapting the interlayer processing mode to their operational constraints, with no technical intervention required.

Document sending via internal messaging restored

DocumentsCorrection

Sending documents (delivery notes, invoices, etc.) through the company's internal messaging system is now working correctly again. Users can once again dispatch their documents directly from Symbiose Core without having to rely on an external email client.

Impact: Teams can send documents to customers without interruption, preventing bottlenecks in shipment processing and business communication.

Cut load transfer: elimination of duplicate glass entries

PlanningCorrection

When transferring glass items from one cut load to another, some glass panes could appear twice in the destination load. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Operators receive a reliable, duplicate-free cutting list after every load transfer, preventing production errors and material waste.

EDI Import: fix for layer positioning errors

EDICorrection

An issue occurring during EDI file imports, which could cause layer positioning errors and block order processing, has been resolved. The associated error messages are now clearer to help quickly identify the root cause.

Impact: EDI imports now run without unexpected interruptions, reducing operational bottlenecks and manual interventions for the order management team.

Fix for broken glass panes not being re-optimized

OptimizationCorrection

During optimization result maintenance, panes identified as broken and flagged with an orange background were not being correctly considered for re-optimization. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Operators can now rerun optimization on broken glass panes without any risk of inconsistencies in the results, ensuring greater reliability in the cutting plan.

Fix for stray text on empty dashboard

InterfaceCorrection

An unwanted text fragment was appearing in the upper-left corner of the dashboard when it contained no elements. This display issue has been resolved.

Impact: The interface is now clean and easy to read, even when the dashboard contains no data, preventing any confusion for the user.

Full navigation menu display across all languages

InterfaceCorrection

Some entries in the main navigation menu were not displaying correctly when the interface was used in a language other than French. This issue has now been resolved and all navigation items are properly visible regardless of the selected language.

Impact: Users working in a language other than French can now access the full range of application features without any risk of missing navigation items.

Work order now available for Laminated glass production types

ProductionAmélioration

The work order is now accessible for Laminated glass production orders, on a par with all other product types. Operators have all the information they need directly from the corresponding work order.

Impact: Production teams can view and print the work order for Laminated glass manufacturing runs, making it easier to follow instructions and reducing the risk of errors on the shop floor.

Better visibility into glass destination during production

ProductionAmélioration

Operators can now directly view the destination associated with each glass unit during production tracking. This information, previously unavailable, is now clearly displayed on screen.

Impact: Production teams gain greater clarity on part assignment, reducing the risk of routing errors or mix-ups between orders.
