Defect management fixed for laminated glass with many components

ProductionCorrection

The management of unproduced defective volumes now works correctly for laminated glass containing more than 9 glass components. An internal limitation was preventing the full processing of these complex configurations, which has now been resolved.

Impact: Operators can now declare and process defects across all components of a laminated glass unit, regardless of its complexity, without any blocking issues or loss of information.

Improved clamp positioning for automatic shape cutting

ProductionAmélioration

Clamp positioning during automatic laminated shape cutting has been optimized: clamps now place themselves on the edge offering the largest support base, including for four-shape framed configurations where certain clamps are repositioned on the opposite edge.

Impact: Automatic laminated shape cutting is more precise and reliable, reducing the risk of cutting errors and improving production quality.

Defect reason now displayed in the glass detail view

Production trackingAmélioration

The glass detail view now includes a new field showing the reason for the defect, displayed in the language of the logged-in user. This information, which was previously unavailable on this screen, is now visible directly without having to consult other documents.

Impact: Operators and production managers can immediately access the reason for a defect straight from the glass detail view, streamlining quality tracking and reducing back-and-forth between departments.

Production order numbering: new increment-by-ten option

ProductionAmélioration

In multi-order mode, production orders can now be numbered in increments of ten, complementing the existing unit and hundred-based numbering modes. This option can be easily configured to suit your shop floor requirements.

Impact: Production managers gain an additional level of granularity in order numbering, making it easier to track and group orders according to each site's own organizational structure.

Code 128 Barcode Printing on Intermac Labels

ProductionAmélioration

Cutting labels and internal production labels generated for Intermac machines now include a Code 128 barcode. This enhancement enables more reliable and universal label scanning across production lines.

Impact: Operators can scan cutting and internal production labels directly using Code 128-compatible handheld scanners or terminals, reducing data entry errors and speeding up part tracking on the shop floor.

Improved responsiveness when updating order quantities

Supplier orderPerformance

Modifying quantities on certain orders could cause significant slowdowns when generating the associated delivery lines. This issue has been resolved to ensure a smooth experience even on large-volume orders.

Impact: Users no longer experience abnormal wait times when adjusting quantities on an order, speeding up day-to-day order processing.

Specific comment now correctly generated on subcontracting orders

Supplier orderCorrection

When issuing a subcontracting purchase order via EDI exchange, the associated specific comment is now correctly included in the transmitted document. This issue, which caused that information to be missing from exchanges, has been resolved.

Impact: Subcontracting orders sent to suppliers via EDI are now complete and compliant, eliminating any risk of misinterpretation or manual follow-up due to missing information.

Improved discount handling on invoices

InvoicingCorrection

The processing of invoices that include a discount has been corrected to ensure reliable and consistent calculations. Discounted amounts are now properly taken into account when generating and processing invoices.

Impact: Users can invoice with discounts without any risk of calculation errors, ensuring accurate and compliant financial documents.

Faster display of "Last Work Order" and "Last Operation" columns

Production trackingPerformance

The production tracking views displaying last work order and last operation information have been optimized to ensure reduced loading times. Data now renders more smoothly, even across large volumes of records.

Impact: Operators and production managers can access tracking information more quickly, with no waiting time or slowdowns when reviewing progress statuses.

Custom commercial document templates by customer profile

DocumentsAmélioration

It is now possible to configure document templates specific to a customer or a group of customers, covering the entire order-to-cash cycle: order confirmations, delivery notes, collection notes, packing lists, route sheets, invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders. Each document type can be tailored in terms of layout and content to meet the individual requirements of each business partner.

Impact: Sales and logistics teams can send every customer documents that fully match their expectations, with no manual handling required — reducing errors and raising the standard of professionalism in every exchange.

Fix for purchase order creation with subcontracted items

Supplier orderCorrection

An issue was preventing purchase orders from being created directly from the order entry screen, as well as blocking the addition of subcontracted items to those orders. Both problems have been resolved and the process now works as expected.

Impact: Buyers can once again create purchase orders and include subcontracted items without interruption, ensuring continuity of subcontracting-related procurement.

Order Entry: Adding a Bundle Now Works Reliably

Customer orderCorrection

An issue occurring when adding a bundle during customer order entry has been fixed. Creating orders that include item bundles now completes without errors or freezes.

Impact: Operators can enter orders containing bundles with full confidence, free from any workflow interruptions.

Fix for a crash when producing glazing mounted on a rack

Rack handlingCorrection

An issue causing an error message to appear and the application to close unexpectedly when producing glazing positioned on a rack has been resolved. Operators can now perform this action without any interruption.

Impact: Rack loading management is once again reliable, preventing any loss of entered data and ensuring continuity of workshop operations.
