New access manager for mobile and web applications

GeneralAmélioration

A new dedicated screen now allows administrators to manage user access rights to the mobile and web applications connected to Symbiose Core with fine-grained control. Users can be linked, unlinked, enabled, or disabled across one or more applications in just a few clicks, with a complete history of all actions performed.

Impact: Administrators gain greater visibility and control over who can access which applications, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and simplifying day-to-day rights management.

Fix for an unexpected error when opening windows

GeneralCorrection

An error that could occur randomly when opening certain application windows has been identified and resolved. This specific case is now handled more robustly to prevent any interruption to the workflow.

Impact: Users will no longer encounter this unexpected error message, ensuring smoother and more reliable navigation throughout the application.

Improved reliability of the free-measure item portfolio

Supplier orderCorrection

The filter applied in the free-measure item portfolio view has been corrected to display only the lines that actually need to be ordered. Results are now consistent across the various browsing and detail screens.

Impact: Buyers now have a reliable list of items to procure, with no risk of placing unnecessary or duplicate purchase orders.

Confirmation control before sending supplier emails

Supplier orderAmélioration

A new setting now allows users to choose whether a confirmation screen should be displayed before sending a supplier order by email. This behavior can be configured according to each user's preferences.

Impact: Buyers can tailor the sending process to their working habits by enabling or disabling an intermediate validation step to prevent accidental submissions.

Interlayer assembly percentage calculation fixed

StatisticsCorrection

The interlayer assembly percentage in the item statistics was not being calculated and remained blank. This issue has now been resolved and the value displays correctly.

Impact: Production managers and engineering teams once again have reliable indicators on interlayer assembly rates, without the need for manual calculations.

Manual override for items outside feasibility criteria restored in order entry

Customer orderCorrection

The ability to manually force an item that does not meet feasibility criteria during customer order entry was not working correctly. This behavior has now been fixed and the override option applies again as expected.

Impact: Operators can once again intentionally bypass feasibility restrictions without unexpected blocking, ensuring smooth order entry in exception cases.

Persistent display of the "Shapes" column in production tracking

Production trackingCorrection

The "Shapes" column in the production tracking screen now remains visible after configuration, without disappearing on page reloads or navigation. The display is stable and consistent every time the screen is opened.

Impact: Production operators and managers can immediately see the "Shapes" column without having to re-enable it manually, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted tracking.

Automatic cutting: improved reliability for complex shapes

ProductionCorrection

An issue affecting the automatic cutting of certain specific shapes on Lisec cutting tables has been resolved. The calculation of required cuts is now performed correctly, including for shapes where the offcut is in the top position.

Impact: Automatically generated cutting plans are reliable for all shapes, preventing missing cuts and the risk of scrap on the cutting table.

EDI Import: clearer log messages when trimming peaks

EDIAmélioration

When importing EDI orders, the messages displayed in the import logs are now more explicit when a peak is automatically adjusted to comply with manufacturing constraints. Users are provided with more precise information about the changes that have been applied.

Impact: Improved readability of EDI import logs, enabling operators to quickly identify adjustments made to peaks and handle any anomalies without ambiguity.

Fix for special shape cutting on automatic cutting tables

ProductionCorrection

An issue affecting the cutting of certain special shapes on automatic cutting tables has been resolved. The parts concerned are now cut correctly, without any manual intervention or risk of error.

Impact: Operators benefit from reliable, accurate cutting for all shapes processed in production, reducing waste and line interruptions.

Faster maintenance of optimization results

OptimizationPerformance

Processing times during the maintenance of optimization results have been significantly reduced, particularly when cutting large quantities of small parts. Operations that could previously feel slow now run smoothly and responsively.

Impact: Operators gain daily efficiency thanks to a more responsive interface when managing and reviewing optimized cutting plans.

Column headers restored in data tables

GeneralCorrection

Some tables were displaying columns without labels, making data difficult to read. The missing headers have been added so that every column is now properly identified.

Impact: Users can now immediately identify the content of each column, reducing the risk of misreading data and improving day-to-day efficiency.

Restoration of action buttons in the interface

GeneralCorrection

Some action buttons, including dropdown menus providing access to various features, were not fully visible or accessible within the interface. This display issue has been resolved to ensure complete access to all available actions.

Impact: Users can now find all expected action buttons and menus in the interface, without having to work around missing or inaccessible elements.

Improved support for the Mistrello destacking bridge

ProductionAmélioration

The configuration of the Mistrello destacking bridge has been enhanced to allow customization of the cutting tables associated with the equipment. Active tables are now correctly recognized and controlled by the system.

Impact: Operators benefit from reliable communication between Symbiose Core and the Mistrello destacking bridge, reducing the risk of errors when controlling the cutting line.
