Improved electronic invoice transmission via PEPPOL

EDIAmélioration

The PEPPOL integration has been enhanced to ensure better alignment between billing data and accounting accounts during electronic exchanges. Invoices transmitted via the PEPPOL network are now more closely aligned with the company's accounting structure.

Impact: Electronic invoice exchanges via PEPPOL are more reliable and better integrated with accounting, reducing the risk of reconciliation errors and manual interventions.

Fix for a blocking error during EDI transfer of stock orders

EDICorrection

A blocking error message could appear during the EDI transfer of stock orders, preventing them from being processed correctly. This issue has now been resolved and the transfer completes without interruption.

Impact: Stock orders are transmitted via EDI reliably, with no error messages or additional manual intervention required.

Using an insulating table as the main item in correspondences

ItemsAmélioration

It is now possible to select an item of type "insulating table" as the main item when creating a correspondence. The screen automatically adapts by hiding irrelevant fields (interlayer, glass 2, etc.), in the same way as for a part item.

Impact: Users can set up more complete correspondences tailored to their product catalog, without manual workarounds or the risk of data entry errors.

Improved Reliability of Screen-Level Access Rights

SecuritySécurité

A malfunction could cause certain screens to be incorrectly identified when saving user access rights, resulting in permissions being applied inaccurately. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Access rights defined by profile are now consistently enforced across all screens, ensuring a coherent and secure permissions management experience.

Navigation menus now fully visible on screen

InterfaceCorrection

The last item in navigation menus was sometimes truncated or partially hidden, making it difficult to access. This display issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can access all menu options without any visual obstruction, regardless of their screen resolution or display configuration.

EDI send confirmation prompt now reliably enforced on all orders

EDICorrection

The option to require a confirmation before an EDI message is automatically sent now works correctly in all cases, including when a brand-new order is being created. This specific scenario was previously not handled and could result in a message being sent without prior validation.

Impact: Users can now be confident that the confirmation prompt is consistently enforced before any EDI transmission, regardless of the order stage, preventing unintended messages from being sent to trading partners.

Fix for line copying in sales order entry

Customer orderCorrection

An issue preventing lines from being copied correctly during sales order entry has been resolved. This operation now works reliably and without any data loss.

Impact: Operators can duplicate order lines with full confidence, with no risk of errors or manual re-entry.

Improved handling of super-urgent orders at production scheduling close

PlanningAmélioration

The scheduling close and transfer function now correctly incorporates orders flagged as super-urgent, ensuring they are processed with the highest priority and are neither overlooked nor incorrectly sequenced when moving into production.

Impact: The most critical orders are now consistently respected within the planning sequence, reducing the risk of delays on urgent deliveries.

Accurate transition time handling in automatic scheduling

PlanningCorrection

Automatic order scheduling was incorrectly processing transition times related to production lead times, which could trigger a blocking error. This issue has now been resolved.

Impact: Automatic scheduling runs without errors and accurately respects the defined transition times, ensuring reliable and consistent production lead times.

Fix for a freeze when confirming a production line exit

ProductionCorrection

An issue that could cause an unexpected application crash when confirming a production line exit has been fixed. Operators can now perform this operation without any interruption.

Impact: Recording production line exits now runs without any risk of freezing, ensuring continuous manufacturing tracking.

Improved readability of interface buttons

GeneralAmélioration

Interface buttons have been enlarged so that the numbers and labels they contain are perfectly legible, including in shop floor environments. Operators can now identify and use these buttons without difficulty.

Impact: Fewer data entry errors and faster navigation for operators, particularly under demanding working conditions.

Lifting equipment number display restored on order lines

Customer orderCorrection

The lifting equipment number, which was no longer displaying correctly on order lines following an update, is now shown again and retained without any data loss. The dedicated column is once again visible in the order line view.

Impact: Users can once again reliably access the complete lifting equipment number directly from order lines, with no risk of information loss during updates.

Planning: dropdown menu restored on order lines

PlanningCorrection

The dropdown menu button, which was missing from the order lines display view in Planning, is now available again. Users can once again access all contextual actions from this view without requiring any workaround.

Impact: Smoother browsing and processing of order lines in planning, with full access to all available actions restored.

Improved reliability of receipt status on purchase order lines

Supplier orderCorrection

The status indicating that a purchase order line has been received is now correctly detected and displayed during data entry. This issue could previously lead to an inaccurate reading of order progress.

Impact: Users can now rely on the displayed receipt status to manage their purchase orders with full confidence, with no risk of confusion between a pending line and one that has already been received.

Standard dimension deletion on an item now possible

ItemsCorrection

It was impossible to delete a standard dimension from an item even when it had already been removed from the associated optimizations. This unwarranted restriction has now been fixed.

Impact: Item managers can now freely clean up and update standard dimensions without being blocked by an inconsistent technical constraint.

Fixed action menu display in the production schedule

PlanningCorrection

The production schedule action dropdown menu now displays correctly: the toggle arrow, icons, and last selected action are visible under all circumstances. The button appearance has been stabilized and is easier to read, thanks to improved separation between action areas.

Impact: Production schedule users benefit from a clearer and more reliable interface, reducing the risk of handling errors when launching or tracking scheduling actions.

Improved EDI customer order import

EDIAmélioration

Compatibility with the EDI exchange format is now natively integrated into Symbiose Core. Orders transmitted through this channel are correctly recognized and imported without any manual intervention.

Impact: Affected users benefit from reliable, fully automated processing of their EDI orders, with no disruptions or errors during transfer.

Improved handling of non-right-angle glazing units in production

OptimizationCorrection

The positioning calculation for special-shaped glazing units on production lines now correctly accounts for gas press constraints, including for parts that have no right angle. Rotation and orientation rules for shapes are thus applied with precision according to the requirements of each machine.

Impact: Operators benefit from reliable positioning of atypical glazing units across all line equipment, reducing the risk of production errors and the associated waste.
