Three new supplier order export formats are now available, providing extended compatibility with the SynerEDI 6.0 standard. These formats cover common use cases as well as inter-site exchanges, incorporating the necessary information for receiving documents, delivery notes, and labels.

Impact: Teams can now send their supplier orders in the appropriate format depending on the exchange context, with no manual rework required — making EDI flows more reliable and significantly faster.

During cut optimization for glass shapes requiring clamps (special shapes), the stack number on the tray could fail to display correctly for certain trays. This issue has now been fixed.

Impact: Operators always have a reliable stack number on every tray, preventing handling errors and tracking mistakes on the shop floor.

A new printable list is now available in laminated glass work orders, specifically designed for manually cut shaped pieces. It clearly distinguishes work assigned to the manual cutting table from work processed automatically.

Impact: Operators responsible for manual cutting now have a dedicated document tailored to their workstation, reducing the risk of errors and improving the tracking of shaped laminated glass in production.

When ordering glazing bars with spacer bars as a subcontracted item, the spacer bar price is now calculated based on the perimeter, in line with its linear meter pricing rule. This calculation was previously incorrect, resulting in price discrepancies on order lines.

Impact: Purchase order amounts including spacer bars as an add-on to glazing bars are now accurate, preventing any invoicing errors or margin miscalculations.

When launching an optimization, glass pieces with shape 99 and no associated cutting file are now correctly handled as rectangles, in accordance with business rules. Previously, this specific case caused a blocking error during optimization.

Impact: Users no longer encounter an error when optimizing glass pieces with shape 99 and no associated cutting file, ensuring continuity of the cutting process.

Pre-delivery slips now display the description of the associated route, providing better readability of preparation documents. Teams therefore have additional context information directly on the printed document.

Impact: Improved clarity for logistics teams during delivery preparation and tracking, without having to look up the information on a separate screen.

When printing delivery labels from the results maintenance, the number of labels generated could be incorrect due to duplicate processing. This issue has now been fixed.
