Improved handling of quadruple glazing in order lines

Customer orderCorrection

Order lines now display a dedicated indicator for quadruple glazing, distinct from the one used for triple glazing. Advanced search by glazing type also returns correct and precise results, with no confusion between triple and quadruple glazing.

Impact: Users can reliably identify and filter orders containing quadruple glazing, preventing processing errors and mix-ups when performing searches.

EDI Export: correct handling of surcharges on subcontracted purchase orders

EDICorrection

An issue could cause an error when exporting fully subcontracted purchase orders via EDI, where those orders included surcharges that were not subcontracted. This behavior has been fixed and the export now completes successfully in all cases.

Impact: EDI exchanges with subcontracting suppliers are now more reliable, with no risk of blocking or errors when transmitting purchase orders.

Fix for tempering surcharge price calculation in EDI import

EDICorrection

When importing orders via EDI involving insulating glass units with one tempered pane, the tempering surcharge could be calculated twice or incorrectly, resulting in pricing discrepancies compared to manually entered orders. This behavior has been corrected to ensure consistent pricing between both entry methods.

Impact: Orders received via EDI now display the same tempering surcharge price as manually entered orders, preventing billing discrepancies and the need for manual corrections.

Hegla 4.2 Driver: new EDI export mode by optimization

EDIAmélioration

It is now possible to generate a single EDI file for an entire optimization, replacing the previous behavior of creating one separate file per sheet. This behavior can be enabled via a dedicated option in the Hegla 4.2 driver configuration.

Impact: Simplifies data exchanges with the Hegla cutting machine by reducing the number of generated files, making it easier to track cutting plans and minimizing the risk of errors during file transfer.

Stack cutting label: all glass panes are now displayed

ProductionCorrection

An issue could cause certain glass panes to be missing from the stack cutting label, resulting in an incomplete document. This fix ensures that all glass panes in the stack are properly accounted for and displayed.

Impact: Operators now have a reliable and comprehensive cutting label, preventing errors or omissions during workshop cutting operations.

EDI Import: spacer deduction calculation limited to insulating glass units

EDICorrection

When importing orders via EDI, the spacer deduction calculation is no longer applied to products that are not insulating glass units. Processing is now adapted to the actual nature of each imported product.

Impact: Orders imported via EDI are processed with greater accuracy, preventing incorrect calculations on single-pane products and reducing the risk of manufacturing errors.
