Email sending from document spool with Outlook restored

DocumentsCorrection

Sending documents by email from the spool, whether in manual or automatic mode, now works correctly following a recent Outlook update. Compatibility with the latest versions of the email client is ensured.

Impact: Users can once again send their documents (invoices, purchase orders, etc.) by email directly from Symbiose Core, with no disruption caused by an Outlook update.

Smooth navigation after opening a customer record

SettingsCorrection

A blocking issue prevented users from accessing other screens in the application once the customer maintenance form had been opened. This problem has now been resolved.

Impact: Users can now navigate freely throughout all areas of the application without being locked out after viewing or editing a customer record.

New dedicated view for managing deposits and deposit invoices

InvoicingAmélioration

A new screen centralizes all deposits and their associated invoices, with filters by date and by customer. It provides an at-a-glance view of the related orders, committed amounts, issued deposit invoices, and linked final invoices, with direct access to their management.

Impact: Accounting and sales teams gain visibility and efficiency: deposit tracking is now consolidated in a single location, reducing the risk of oversights and making it easier to maintain financial control over ongoing orders.

Improved deposit integration on final invoices

InvoicingCorrection

Deposits paid by customers are now correctly retrieved and displayed on the final invoice when printed. The document accurately reflects the amounts already settled and the remaining balance due.

Impact: Accounting and sales teams benefit from clear, compliant final invoices, preventing disputes or confusion with customers regarding amounts already received.

Improved handling of deposit invoices in accounting exports

InvoicingAmélioration

Accounting exports now correctly handle deposit invoices, covering their transmission as well as their display and printing. The entire lifecycle of a deposit is therefore reliable from end to end.

Impact: Accountants and finance managers can export, view, and print deposit invoices without errors, improving reconciliation with accounting tools and reducing the need for manual intervention.

Pre-trolleying now available for single laminated glass orders

Rack handlingCorrection

It was impossible to initiate pre-trolleying on an order consisting solely of single laminated glass. This issue has now been resolved and such orders can be processed normally.

Impact: Operators can now pre-trolley all orders without interruption, including those containing exclusively single laminated glass, eliminating manual bottlenecks on the shop floor.

Improved data readability in production tracking

Production trackingAmélioration

The main grid display in production tracking has been enhanced: font size is now larger and key fields are shown in bold for faster, more comfortable reading. These visual adjustments make it easier to consult essential information on the shop floor.

Impact: Production operators and managers benefit from improved reading comfort, reducing the risk of misreading data when monitoring ongoing orders.

Fix for Ug coefficient calculation in laminated glazing

ItemsCorrection

An issue affecting the correct transmission of laminated glazing composition data to the thermal calculation engine has been resolved. The Ug coefficient is now reliably calculated for this type of glazing.

Impact: Users now obtain accurate Ug coefficient values for laminated glazing products, ensuring the reliability of technical data shared with customers and partners.

EDI Export: automatic confirmation of purchase order lines

Supplier orderAmélioration

When transferring a purchase order via EDI, the requested delivery date entered is now automatically applied to all order lines, whose status is immediately set to "Confirmed". A dedicated option, saved per user, allows this behaviour to be enabled or disabled in a single click, directly from the transfer screen.

Impact: Significant time savings during EDI transmissions: no more need to manually confirm each line, the delivery date is propagated in a single action and purchase order tracking is immediately up to date.

Manual customer number entry fixed in search filters

Customer orderCorrection

It was no longer possible to manually enter a customer number in the search filter fields. This issue has now been resolved and entry works correctly, regardless of the number format.

Impact: Users can once again search and filter their orders by directly entering a customer number, without being blocked in their day-to-day navigation.

Fix for application crash when printing unfolded interleaf labels

ProductionCorrection

An issue causing the application to unexpectedly crash when printing unfolded interleaf labels has been identified and resolved. Activity log recording has also been stabilized to ensure reliable operation.

Impact: Operators can now print interleaf labels without interruption, ensuring continuity of the production workflow.

Order confirmation: full description of quadruple glazing units

Customer orderCorrection

Order confirmations now display all components of a quadruple insulating glass unit, including all 4 glass panes and 3 spacers. Previously, only 3 glass panes and 2 spacers appeared on the printed document.

Impact: Order confirmations accurately reflect the actual composition of ordered products, eliminating any risk of errors or disputes during manufacturing or delivery.

Spacer production order: displayed quantity corrected

ProductionCorrection

When selecting spacers for printing, the displayed quantity could be incorrect in cases where production was split across multiple runs. The value shown now accurately reflects the actual quantity for each production line.

Impact: Operators have access to a reliable quantity on spacer production orders, preventing manufacturing errors caused by inconsistent data.

GlassAdvisor item matching: clearer status information for codes

ItemsAmélioration

When checking item matches with GlassAdvisor, an explicit message now appears to confirm that all associated items are still active. The interface has also been updated to ensure correct display across all languages.

Impact: Users are better informed when reviewing item matches and no longer need to interpret the absence of a message as an issue: a clear confirmation indicates that everything is in order.

Tray transfer between optimizations: duplicate glass elimination

OptimizationCorrection

When transferring a tray from one sorting optimization to another, glass pieces could be generated as duplicates, leading to cutting errors. This issue has now been fixed.

Impact: Operators no longer risk having glass pieces cut twice during a tray transfer between two cutting tables, ensuring the reliability of production orders.

Invoice email sending: address separator fixed

InvoicingCorrection

The issue preventing invoices from being sent correctly through Outlook when multiple email addresses were entered for the same recipient has been resolved. Addresses are now properly recognized and separated, regardless of the format used.

Impact: Invoices are sent without errors by email, even when multiple addresses are involved, ensuring reliable document delivery to customers.

Theoretical industrial cost calculation corrected and made reliable

ProductionCorrection

Several anomalies affecting the calculation of theoretical industrial costs on quotes and orders have been fixed: total costs are now accurate, production times for all operations are properly taken into account, and the machine actually used at the cutting stage is correctly identified.

Impact: Production managers and estimators now have reliable theoretical industrial costs for their quotes and orders, ensuring that pricing and operational decisions are based on accurate data.

Renamed privilege related to production outputs

SecurityAmélioration

The user privilege for managing production outputs has been renamed to better reflect its actual scope. The label is now more explicit and consistent with the actions it grants.

Impact: Administrators can more easily identify and assign this privilege when managing user rights, reducing the risk of errors when configuring access permissions.

Display of linked optimizations in results management

OptimizationAmélioration

A new column now directly displays the optimizations linked to each result within the dedicated results management screen. There is no longer any need to navigate across multiple screens to find this information.

Impact: Operators save time by immediately accessing the associated optimizations, making it easier to track and verify cutting results.
