Quick search in the main menu

GeneralAmélioration

A search bar is now available at the top of the main menu, allowing users to instantly find any menu entry by typing a few keywords. The search is case-insensitive, handles accented characters, and filters results in real time as you type.

Impact: Users can reach the features they need more quickly, without having to manually browse through the menu tree, making everyday navigation smoother and more efficient.

Spacer bar list: dimensions corrected when an adaptable is present

ProductionCorrection

When printing the spacer bar assembly list, the displayed dimensions were incorrect when the glazing unit included an adaptable profile. The thickness of the adaptable profile is now properly deducted from the dimension calculations.

Impact: Operators now have reliable dimensions on their assembly documents, preventing cutting or assembly errors caused by inaccurate measurements.

Improved visibility of standards associated with an item

ItemsAmélioration

The standards table in the item record has been enlarged and redesigned to allow clearer browsing, even when multiple standards are associated with the same product. A scroll bar now appears as soon as the number of standards exceeds the display area.

Impact: Users can now view and browse all standards linked to an item without the risk of missing any, making day-to-day multi-standard management more reliable.

Multiple standards per item now displayed on delivery labels

ItemsAmélioration

An item can now be associated with multiple standards, all of which are correctly displayed on delivery labels and in commercial documents. This enhancement puts an end to incomplete displays when a product complies with several normative frameworks.

Impact: Delivery and sales teams have access to comprehensive standards information on every document, reducing the risk of errors and making compliance easier to manage during shipments.

Deposit invoices: configurable dedicated accounting account

InvoicingAmélioration

It is now possible to define a specific posting account for deposits in the accounting export settings. This distinction enables more precise accounting allocation between deposits and other billing entries.

Impact: Accounting entries related to deposits are now isolated in a dedicated account, making it easier to track, match, and reconcile accounts at period end.

Clear linking between deposit invoices and final invoices

InvoicingAmélioration

It is now possible to explicitly associate deposit invoices with their corresponding final invoices directly from the invoice management screen. This link can be established manually or with system assistance, subject to user validation.

Impact: Billing teams benefit from greater clarity and reliability: deposit tracking is simplified, reconciliation errors are reduced, and accounting control is made easier.
