When a subcontracted item has not yet been linked to a purchase order, the system now correctly calculates its purchase price instead of displaying a zero value. The item's reference price is automatically used when no associated purchase order exists.
Impact: Customer quotes and orders reflect a consistent purchase price from the moment of entry, preventing margin errors on subcontracted items that are awaiting a purchase order.
Quadruple glazing units are now correctly identified and distinguished from triple glazing units when selecting orders for production. This confusion could lead to filtering errors and incorrect routing of manufacturing orders.
Impact: Planners now get a reliable selection of orders based on the actual glazing type, preventing incorrect production launches and eliminating time lost to manual rework.
The item record now supports a third CEKAL status: "Non-certifiable", in addition to the existing "CEKAL" and "Non-CEKAL" statuses. Glazing units containing a non-certifiable component are clearly identified and automatically excluded from CEKAL statistics.
Impact: CEKAL declarations are more reliable and compliant with certification requirements, eliminating the risk of inadvertently including ineligible products in the statistics.
An issue was preventing certain production monitoring screens from displaying, making line tracking inaccessible. This fix fully restores the display of all monitoring graphs.
Impact: Operators and production managers can once again view all their dashboards in real time, with no interruption to line monitoring.
When viewing the details of a claim line, opening the associated order would display empty tabs and could no longer be reopened after closing. This issue has now been fixed.
Impact: Users can seamlessly view and navigate to orders linked from claim line details, without any disruption to their workflow.
When viewing an order line, the "Status 2" field in the search filters is now correctly populated with the value of the selected line. This behavior, expected in both back-office and production environments, has been fully restored.
Impact: Users benefit from reliable order status filtering without having to manually re-enter the value, streamlining the day-to-day review and tracking of order lines.
